The staff is very cheerful and helpful. When we couldn't get onto WiFi, she helped us and to get streaming, but the hotel had no connecting wire. The breakfast was good. You could have coffee whenever you wanted and sit at the tables with your takeout. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. Even the Chaise Longe in our room was very comfortable.

Nice, unpretentious lodgings. Comfortable, clean, ample room; comfortable bed; good breakfast; pleasant staff. Convenient location relative to other hotels in the area (was attending a wedding, with relatives spread out hither & thither); very convenient also to Greenline dedicated bus to & from airport.

Quiet area only a few blocks from the river. Got livelier as you approach downtown. An easy and safe walk to the Baird Center. Room was clean and just perfect for what we needed. Clean. Well thought out areas.

Great location for the concert that we were attending. The flight arrived early and we were able to check in early. We were able to walk to the venue without having to catch an Uber. Lots of dining options nearby. Would recommend 10/10.
